1. This event is only open for participants residing in Malaysia.

2. The registration duration of this event starts from 20/02/2022 to 15/03/2022.

​

3. Upon registration, participants are entitled to one medal and one T-shirt; while finishers who complete the challenge will receive an E-certificate. 
 

4. The registration fee for one person is RM55.

​

5. The activity must be completed in A DAY throughout the period 24/03/2022 to 30/03/2022.

​

6. The event T-shirt and medal will be posted to participants after 4 to 6 weeks starting from 15/03/2022.

​

7. Participants should run and cycle anywhere (outdoor) and anytime in a day to complete 8km (RUN) / 25km (RIDE). 

*(treadmill and stationary bicycle are not acceptable)

8. All participants should enter the application of your own preference for tracking and submission for the evidence (screenshot the result) that participants have completed. 

​

9. Late submissions will not be entertained.

​

10. Participants must be in good condition while participating in the activity.

​

11. The organizer is not responsible for any injury or mishap that happens during the event.
